    Green Dreams, Workforce Means: Crafting a Sustainable Future through Strategic Talent Development
    This course develops skills to evaluate business goals, engage stakeholders, redesign job roles, and address skill gaps. It also covers cost-effective methods to acquire skills and establish monitoring and evaluation guidelines for Sustainability.
    Objective
    This course will equip participants with the capability to thoroughly examine their organization's strategic business goals and objectives. They will develop a comprehensive understanding of the requirements of key stakeholders and will be able to employ effective processes to consult and engage them in order to build a skilled and competent workforce. Participants will learn to redesign jobs, analyze and identify skill gaps, and create cost-effective methods to acquire the necessary skills.

    In addition, they will gain the skills needed to establish monitoring and evaluation guidelines to effectively track and assess the success of their initiatives. Ultimately, this course will provide participants with the knowledge and expertise required to lead their organization to success.
    Outline
    By the end of this course, participants will have the ability to:
    • Evaluate an organization's strategic business goals and objectives with a focus on Sustainability, and implement appropriate measures to support these objectives.
    • Effectively engage with key stakeholders to develop a workforce that is equipped to tackle Sustainability challenges.
    • Apply processes to redesign job roles and responsibilities in order to align with Sustainability goals.
    • Identify and analyze skill gaps within the organization, and develop plans to address these gaps.
    • Evaluate cost-effective methods for acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge required for implementing SMART Manufacturing and Sustainability initiatives.
    • Develop effective monitoring and evaluation guidelines to ensure the success of Sustainability efforts.

    Profile of Norintan Shariff
    Norintan Shariff is an experienced Learning and Development professional, adult educator and facilitator with over 18 years of experience in training and development, complemented by more than 30 years of corporate and leadership experience across the service industries.

    Having held senior leadership and regional management roles, Norintan brings extensive workplace experience into her facilitation. Since moving into Learning and Development in 2008, she has designed and facilitated programmes in leadership and people management, human resource management, emotional intelligence, communication and relationship management, service excellence, workplace learning, job redesign and business management.

    Her facilitation style is interactive, practical and application-focused, using workplace scenarios, discussions, reflection and collaborative activities to help learners connect concepts to real workplace situations. As a Genos International Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, she also integrates emotional intelligence principles to strengthen self-awareness, communication, collaboration and workplace relationships.

    Norintan holds a Master of Training and Development from Griffith University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Australia, and a Higher Diploma in Hotel Management from SHATEC. She is also qualified in adult education through DACE and ACTA.
